When a phone is repaired, it is most likely reset to factory defaults just as if it were new being set up for the first time.
We recommend to copy ALL the parameters from a known working phone to a piece of paper, disconnect the working phone and plug that cable into the repaired phone. Enter all the parameters and see if this works. Also, the phones MAC address has to be registered somehow(through the call server interface) on the server.
